You can find Aphrodite’s Lodge at Longtail Hill, Bowness-on-Windermere, Cumbria, LA23 3JD. If you are driving to our facilities from the North or South, then leave the M6 at junction 36. Head along the A590 past Kendal, turning off the A591 at Windermere.
If you are starting your journey from Scotland, then turn off the M6 at junction 40 onto the A66 towards Keswick. Once on the A592, Pooley Bridge is just a mile away at which point you have a scenic drive to our front door.

As for those of you that don’t drive, or wish to leave the car behind, then our accommodation is near Windermere Train Station. In fact, Aphrodite’s Lodge is just a 10-minute drive by taxi.
