Abbot Hall Art Gallery in Kendal

There are 2 exhibitions, in particular, being held at Abbot Hall Art Gallery, that are worth noting in February 2019.
Firstly, there’s Grayson Perry: Julie Cope’s Grand Tour, running until 16th February. It’s as much an insight into Perry’s own mind as it is an intriguing art installation. The lead character is subject of narration by Grayson Perry himself, with a visual display dedicated in honour of fictional character, Julie Cope.

In contrast, there’s the John Harden exhibition open until 28th February. The works of John Harden focus on 19th century Lake District, long before the National Park became a recognised World Heritage Site.
