Smoking

The grounds and rooms at Aphrodites Group are strictly non smoking.
We have a dedicated smoking area located at the bottom of the garden at Aphrodite Boutique Suites. You can find this by following the path round to the bottom of the garden, this is signposted from the car park.

Hot Tub

To keep the water clean, before entering the hot tub please take a shower and remove any makeup, fake tan and hair extensions.

Check the temperature, this should show on the control panel on the side of the hot tub this should be around 37 degrees.

Use the control panel to start the jets and turn on the lights. There are a few extra buttons on the control panel, do not use these as they will turn off the recommended settings of your hot tub.

Once you have finished with the hot tub, remember to turn off the jets to reduce the noise and replace the lid so it keeps at temperature for your next use.

Top Tub Tips

If you find your hot tub is too hot, leave the hot tub lid off for a while and keep an eye on the temperature on the control panel.

If you find some of the jets are not jetting to their full capacity, they may need opening. You can do this by rotating the casing of the jet into the open position.

T&C’s

  • Refrain from using the hot tub between 10.30pm and 8am
  • During pregnancy soaking in hot water can be hazardous, please limit use to 10 minute intervals
  • Do not use the hot tub immediately after exercise
  • Do not use the hot tub if you have an infectious disease
  • Do not use any electrical items within 2 meters of the hot tub
  • Guests on medication should seek advice from a medical professional prior to using the hot tub.

Spa Bath

When filling your bath, make sure the water covers just above the top set of jets. Do not fill it past this point as after you have got in the water will spill over the top.

The jets and lights are controlled via the control panel on the side of the bath.

Do not use any bath soaks or bubble bath in the bath with the jets on as this can damage the jets system.

Once you have finished and emptied the bath, you may hear the jets, this is a cleaning process to ensure there is no water stored in the jets system.

Steam Shower

On the wall of your shower you will see a control panel:

You can use the start and stop buttons on the panel to turn the steam shower on. Once the steam shower is turned on it will take up to 15mins to heat up. Once you have turned it on at the control panel it will show the temperature it is currently at. You can use the up and down arrows to increase or decrease the temperature setting.

Lounge TV

Your bedroom tv has build in apps such as Netflix. You can use these apps freely and login using your own accounts or use the hotels login for Netflix which can be found on the front page of the handbook. Please remember before checking out to log out of any apps you have used your personal login for. This TV also acts as your Wi-Fi hub so it needs to be turned on to connect your devices.

Bathroom TV

You also have a bathroom tv which has Freeview channels available. These Tv’s do have a restriction on volume for the comfort of your neighbours. Please be cautious as the TV remotes are not fully waterproof.

If you TV remote is not responding it may need resetting, to do so press the “Set” button followed by the “DVD” button.
